From the earliest days of my childhood, elephants have captivated my imagination with their majestic presence and gentle spirit. Whether through bedtime stories filled with tales of far-off lands or visits to the local zoo where I marveled at these magnificent creatures, my fascination with elephants has endured through the years. Now, as an adult, I find myself drawn to their beauty and complexity more than ever before. Currently, I am embarking on a new creative endeavor: an illustrated book that explores the rich history and cultural significance of elephants in Japan. Through this project, I hope to share my passion for these remarkable animals and shed light on their enduring legacy in Japanese society.
